Getting started
Introduction
What HackathonRadar is, who it is for and where to start in these docs
HackathonRadar puts hackathons from 40+ platforms into one searchable database. On top of that database sit tools for the people around a hackathon: hackers looking for their next event, judges looking for a panel, sponsors choosing where to spend, organizers getting listed and developers building on the data.
What you can do
- Find hackathons. Search and filter the database, switch between table, calendar and map views, and browse Collections by city, topic and month.
- Track your history. Your Hack Passport is a public profile of every event you have hacked, judged, mentored or organized, with stamps you collect along the way.
- Judge. Judge opportunities lists events that look open to external judges, with a score for how open each one is.
- Scout sponsorships. The sponsor and organizer directories, quality scores and audience profiles help sponsors and enterprise teams decide which events to back.
- Read the market. Insights has live statistics on the hackathon calendar.
- Promote your event. Organizers can get a hackathon listed, correct its details and feature it for more visibility.
- Build on the data. Connect an AI assistant over MCP, sync to Google Sheets, receive webhooks or call the REST API.
