Organizer directory and contacts
Browse the teams that run hackathons, see their latest event, and reach them by email or social where contact details are available
The organizer directory at /organizers lists the companies, communities and universities that run the hackathons HackathonRadar tracks. Use it to find who is behind an event, how recently they ran one, and how to reach them.
What an organizer record holds
Each row is one organizer. Pick the columns you want with the Columns menu. Your choice is saved in your browser.
| Column | What it shows | Shown by default |
|---|---|---|
| Name | The organizer's name | Yes |
| A contact email, where available | Yes | |
| Their X (Twitter) handle, where available | Yes | |
| Their LinkedIn page, where available | Yes | |
| Their Instagram handle, where available | Yes | |
| Most Recent Hackathon | The title of their latest event | Yes |
| Most Recent Hackathon Start | When that event starts or started | Yes |
| Domain | Their web domain | No |
| Website | A link to their site | No |
| Image | Their logo or avatar | No |
| Created | When the organizer was added to HackathonRadar | No |
Click a row to open the organizer's details in a side panel. The panel has Email and Visit buttons when we have an address and a website, the contact email with its confidence percentage, buttons for each social profile, and the date the organizer was added.
Contacts are shown where available
Not every organizer publishes a way to reach them. A record may have an email, one or more social handles, all of them or none. When a field is empty the table shows a dash.
The percentage next to an email is a confidence level: higher means more likely to reach the organizing team. Treat a low percentage as a lead to check, not a confirmed inbox.
Sort and filter the directory
- Contactable or All. The second breadcrumb menu switches between Contactable (the default) and All. Contactable shows organizers with at least one of an email, Twitter, LinkedIn or Instagram.
- Sort by. The sort menu orders by any column. The default is Most Recent Hackathon Start, newest first, so active organizers come to the top.
- Page size. The controls under the table page through results, 25 rows at a time by default and up to 100.
- Switch directory. The first breadcrumb menu jumps between Hackathons, Sponsors, Organizers and Judging Opportunities.
To take the list into a spreadsheet, use Export CSV. The file follows your visible columns. See Exports.
Organizer contacts elsewhere in the product
Pro Plus unlocks organizer contacts in three more places:
- Event pages. The Organizers card on a hackathon page lists each organizer with their email, a mail button and their LinkedIn and Instagram links. See Hackathon pages.
- The database table. On /database the Organizers and Primary Organizer Email columns become available in Columns, and they are included in CSV exports.
- Judge opportunities. Hackathons looking for judges show the organizer to contact. See Alerts and organizer contacts.
Common questions
Why is an organizer missing an email? Contacts are shown where available, and not every organizer has one. Check their social handles or website instead.
Why does Dev Pro not include contacts? Dev Pro covers the full calendar, alerts and CSV export. Organizer contacts start at Pro Plus. Compare plans on /pricing.
Can I get this data through the API? Yes, on Enterprise. See Organizers and sponsors.
