Feature your hackathon
Pay once to feature a listed hackathon for 7, 30 or 90 days, with a badge and priority placement, capped at the event's end date
Featuring is a one-off payment that puts a hackathon already on HackathonRadar ahead of other events while people browse. Start at /feature-your-hackathon. You do not need an account or a HackathonRadar plan to buy it, and anyone can feature any upcoming listed event, whether they run it, sponsor it or support it.
What featuring changes

Featuring does not change your event's details or where people register.

Prices are per event and show on /feature-your-hackathon in pounds, dollars or euros, picked from your location. Use the Currency switch on the page to change it. Checkout charges in the currency the page showed.
Feature an event
Find your hackathon
Click Feature a hackathon, or Choose Starter, Choose Pro or Choose Platform Partner under a plan. Type your event's name under Search hackathons and pick it from the list. Ended events cannot be selected. If you start from an event's page, the Feature this hackathon card's See featuring options button skips the search.Choose a plan
The plan step shows each plan's start and end dates for your event, and an Order summary with the total. Featuring starts the moment payment confirms.Pay
Click Continue to payment. You are taken to Stripe to pay. It is a one-off payment, not a subscription.

Featuring never runs past your event
Featuring stops when your event ends, so you never pay for days after it.
- A plan longer than your event is shortened to your end date and priced down to match. The order summary shows a Shortened to event end line with the saving.
- A plan that adds nothing is marked Not needed. If Starter already reaches your end date, there is no point buying Pro, so you cannot select it.
- An event with no end date cannot be featured yet. The plan step shows Add your event dates to feature it with a Send us your event dates link.
- An event that has ended shows This event has ended, with links to add the next edition or choose another event.
Extend featuring
If your event is already featured, the plan step reads Extend featuring. Extra days start when the current featuring ends, not when you pay, and still stop at your event's end. The summary shows the Current end and New end, and the button reads Extend to followed by the new date and price. Once featuring already runs to the end of your event, the page shows Featured until that date and there is nothing more to buy.
After you pay
Stripe sends you back to a Payment received page. Featuring usually switches on within a few seconds, and the page updates on its own to show the payment, the plan and the date featuring ends. If the event is not showing as featured after a few minutes, the Tell us link at the bottom opens the contact form: quote the reference shown next to it.
If you close Stripe without paying, the Checkout closed page keeps your event and plan so you can pick up where you left off.
When featuring ends
Featuring ends by itself when its period or your event ends, and the badge and placement are removed. Nothing renews and you are not charged again. To keep an event featured, extend it before the end date.
Questions organizers ask
Can we feature several events? Yes. Each purchase covers one hackathon listing, so buy once per event.
Do you offer invoicing? Yes, for Platform Partner or for several events. Click Talk to us on /feature-your-hackathon, which opens the contact form with Featured listing selected.
Can I get a refund? There is no refund or cancel button in the product. If something went wrong with a purchase, use the contact form with Featured listing selected and include the reference from the Payment received page.
