The four HackathonRadar plans, what each one unlocks, and how to upgrade, change or cancel

HackathonRadar has four plans: Free, Dev Pro, Pro Plus and Enterprise. Each plan includes everything in the plans below it. Prices and checkout live on /pricing.

A few related limits that are not rows in the matrix:

  • Discord and Telegram notifications in notification settings need any paid plan.
  • Slack, Discord and custom webhook channels on a saved search need Enterprise. Email works on every paid plan.
  • On Free, new hackathon alert emails only include events starting within 7 days.

Upgrade your plan

  1. Open pricing

Go to /pricing. Any locked page also has an Upgrade plan button that takes you there.
  2. Pick a plan

Choose a plan in the pricing table and complete checkout. Payment is by credit or debit card, processed by Stripe.
  3. Start using it

The upgrade applies right away. Your plan name shows under your name at the bottom of the sidebar.

Annual billing is available at a discount, and you can switch between monthly and annual billing later.

If your account has credit, a banner on /pricing shows the amount. Credit is applied automatically at checkout.

For Enterprise, you can also book a demo. For volume pricing, custom integrations or dedicated support, get in touch.

Manage billing

Open the account menu at the bottom of the sidebar and choose Billing & plan. It opens the billing tab of your account profile, where you manage your subscription and payment details.

Change or cancel your plan

You can upgrade, downgrade or cancel at any time from Billing & plan. When you move down a plan, the features above it lock again:

  • On Free, upcoming events in Browse are limited again to those running now or starting in the next 7 days.
  • Saved search notifications stop sending. Your saved searches stay, and you can still open them.
  • Settings pages for features above your plan, such as API Access or Google Sheets, show an upgrade prompt instead of their controls.

What goes wrong

  • You paid but still see locks. Reload the page. If a lock stays, check that the plan under your name in the sidebar is the one you bought, then contact us.
  • You picked the wrong tier for contacts. Organizer contacts need Pro Plus, not Dev Pro. Sponsor contacts need Enterprise.
