Enterprise plan subscribers can connect their Google Sheets to automatically receive hackathon data. When you enable this integration:

  • OAuth Authorization: You authorize our application to access specific Google Sheets you designate through Google's OAuth 2.0 process
  • Limited Access: We only access spreadsheets you explicitly connect during the integration setup. We do not access any other Google Drive files or data
  • Data Operations: We read existing data to prevent duplicates and write hackathon information to your specified spreadsheet
  • Token Storage: OAuth access and refresh tokens are encrypted and securely stored in our database to maintain the integration
  • Revocation: You can revoke access at any time through your Google Account settings or by deleting the integration in our platform
