The FlytBase BDR Hiring Hackathon is your chance to prove it. We're hiring for Business Development Representative (Inbound & Outbound) roles, and we're replacing the traditional interview-first approach with a hands-on challenge. Build real BDR workflows, showcase your problem-solving skills, and earn a fast-track to interviews. This isn't a case study competition. You'll work on solving real business problems inspired by how modern BDR teams operate at a global B2B SaaS company. Why Participate?
