# Introduction The **Web3 for Social Good Hackathon** brings together students, developers, researchers, and innovators to explore how Web3 technologies can address real-world social challenges. Under the theme **“From Vision to Impact: Building Web3 for Social Good — Collaborate. Innovate. Build for Good,”** participants will develop ideas, prototypes, and practical solutions that harness decentralized technologies to foster greater transparency, trust, inclusion, and positive social impact. Hosted by **Singapore Management University (SMU)** in collaboration with the **GSR Foundation** and the **University of Málaga (UMA)**, the Hackathon provides a platform for participants to turn promising ideas into tangible solutions.
