Mentor optional but encouraged. Timeline: Phase 1: Poster & Video Submission – Free: Registration Opens: 28th Nov 2025 Submission Window: 29th Nov – 2nd Dec 2025 Result Announcement: 10th Dec 2025 Deliverables: Initial screening with innovative poster and 5-10 minute video presentation. Judged on problem relevance, innovation, feasibility, and solution clarity.Mode: Online Outcome: Colleges: Top 80–90 teams qualify Schools: Top 20–25 teams qualifyPrizes: ₹5,000 each for 5 winners (Total ₹25,000) Phase 2: Development Phase I – Virtual Round: Date: 26th – 28th Dec 2025 Mode: Online (5–6 hours development round) Result Announcement: 3th Jan 2026 A virtual prototype-building round where teams develop an advanced version of their idea with enhanced coding, UI/UX, and functionality. Real-time monitoring ensures fair progress tracking. Mentors will be available online to guide teams technically and strategically. Outcome: Colleges: Top 30–40 teams qualify Schools: Top 10–15 teams qualify Prizes: ₹10,000 each for 5 winners (Total ₹50,000) Final Round: Development Phase II – On Campus Date: 24th Jan 2026 Venue: Suresh Gyan Vihar University, Jaipur A 6-hour intensive on-campus development round where teams complete and refine their working prototypes. Participants receive mentor support throughout the session. Teams deliver a live demo and final pitch before an expert jury, evaluated on Innovation, Technical Execution, Feasibility, Presentation, Teamwork, and UI/UX Quality. SGVU will provide complimentary on-campus stay and food facilities for all final-round participants, ensuring a comfortable and seamless hackathon experience.
