Code. Create. Conquer. Transform your Ideas into Reality! Not a coding genius? No sweat! Dive in, level up, and make epic connections. Whether you're a rookie or a pro, this 24-hour hackathon is your chance to turn wild ideas into real-world impact. Join us for an adrenaline-packed challenge where creativity, collaboration, and innovation come together to shape the future! Team Composition and Eligibility: Codenovate is open to students currently pursuing B.Tech, B.E, or B.Sc programs across all registered colleges in India. Each team must consist of 3–4 members. Teams can include members from different academic years, providing a mix of experience levels to inspire fresh ideas. Cross-college and interdisciplinary teams are permitted, encouraging wider networking and collaboration. A team leader must be designated as the primary point of contact for event-related communications. Active participation from all team members is expected to ensure a productive and rewarding experience for everyone. Event Workflow:The hackathon operates in two distinct phases — an initial online screening round followed by an offline final round. Phase I: Online Screening (PPT Submission) Format: Teams must submit a presentation (PPT in PDF format) outlining their proposed idea, problem statement, and technical approach via the Unstop portal. All teams must use the official presentation template provided. Cost: Registration and submission for Phase I are free of charge. Encouragement: PPT submission at the earliest is encouraged. Outcome: The judging panel will evaluate the submitted ideas. Teams will be categorized as ‘Qualified’ (for the offline final) or ‘Waitlisted’. Phase II: Offline Final Qualification & Payment Announcement: A list of ‘Qualified’ and ‘Waitlisted’ teams will be published. Payment Requirement: Each qualified team must pay a registration fee of ₹500 per person for the offline hackathon. Forfeiture: If a qualified team fails to submit the full payment by the deadline, their slot will be forfeited. Waitlist Process: After the payment deadline, forfeited slots will be offered to the waitlisted teams in order of ranking. Waitlisted teams will be notified and given a limited window to complete their payment and secure their spot. Final Hackathon Details: The final, offline hacking period will be held at Keshav Memorial Institute of Technology. Only teams that have successfully completed the payment process are permitted to attend and compete in the final round. Meals provided: Lunch and dinner will be provided, followed by breakfast the next morning. Prizes: Prize pool worth ₹1,00,000 (including swags and goodies).
