Organised by the IEEE Computer Society PESU Student Branch
About the Event:
Confluence Buildathon 2026, organised by the IEEE Computer Society PESU Student Branch, is a 10-hour buildathon that brings together student developers to solve practical problems through hands-on building and teamwork.
This edition challenges teams to rethink existing software—combine technologies, improve accessibility, modernise legacy systems, protect privacy, boost performance, fix vulnerabilities, or bridge incompatible tools.
Participants are free to use AI tools, online resources, open-source libraries, APIs, documentation, templates, pre-existing code, and any other external sources throughout the buildathon. The focus is on how effectively teams build, adapt, integrate, and demonstrate their solutions.
