What happened to the ticket price??? - We received more funding and slashed it. Don't worry, we do stuff properly and will refund the difference! UQIES is teaming up with January Capital and Lovable to bring students a weekend dedicated to turning ideas into real products. A hackathon is a short, high-energy event where people form teams, build something from scratch, and pitch it at the end. You do not need to be technical to participate. With tools like Lovable, you can build apps, websites, prototypes, landing pages, internal tools, AI products, marketplaces, or almost anything else using natural language prompts. This hackathon is designed for builders of all backgrounds, including founders, designers, business students, marketers, engineers, and anyone curious about startups, AI, or product building. Across the weekend, you will have the chance to: Build a real product or prototype from an idea Meet potential co-founders, teammates, and other startup-minded students Learn how to use Lovable to build without needing to code Receive 100 Lovable credits, equivalent to a Lovable Pro plan Get guidance from mentors and judges across startups, investing, and product Pitch your project and compete for prizes Whether you come with an idea, a skill, or just curiosity, you will be able to join a team, build something meaningful, and learn what it takes to go from concept to product. Prizes 1st Place: $600 2nd Place: $300 3rd Place: $100 This is your chance to build something, meet great people, and experience what it feels like to take an idea from zero to one in a single weekend.
