Overview Build With Bharat 4.0 is India's premium national-level hackathon, organized by the CodeVerse Community in collaboration with KCC Institute of Technology & Management. The hackathon brings together talented developers, designers, innovators, and problem-solvers from across the country to build impactful technology solutions for real-world challenges. Taking place on 10–11 October 2026, this 24-hour offline hackathon provides participants with an opportunity to innovate, collaborate, learn from industry experts, showcase their skills, and compete for an exciting ₹1,00,000 Cash Prize Pool. Event Details Event Name: Build With Bharat 4.0 Organized By: CodeVerse Community Venue: KCC Institute of Technology & Management Date: 10–11 October 2026 Duration: 24 Hours Mode: Offline Participation Level: National Team Size: 2–5 Members Cash Prize Pool: ₹1,00,000 Certificates: Participation certificates for all eligible participants Eligibility Open to Undergraduate and Postgraduate students across India. Students from all branches and specializations are eligible. Teams must consist of 2–5 members. Inter-college and inter-specialization teams are welcome. Participants from different colleges can form a single team. Hackathon Journey Phase 1 – Registration Participants must register through the official registration portal before the registration deadline. Phase 2 – Team Formation Form a team of 2–5 members. Participants are encouraged to build diverse teams with members from different technical backgrounds and specializations. Phase 3 – Idea Submission Teams will submit their project idea in the prescribed PPT format. The official template and detailed submission guidelines will be shared by the organizing team. Phase 4 – Shortlisting Submitted ideas will be evaluated based on innovation, feasibility, technical potential, problem-solving approach, and impact. Shortlisted teams will be invited to participate in the offline finale at KCC Institute of Technology & Management. Phase 5 – Grand Finale at KCC Institute of Technology & Management Selected teams will participate in the 24-hour offline hackathon, where they will transform their ideas into working prototypes and solutions. Throughout the hackathon, participants will have opportunities to interact with mentors, industry professionals, and fellow innovators for technical guidance, idea validation, and problem-solving support. Phase 6 – Final Evaluation & Winner Announcement Completed projects will be evaluated by an expert jury based on predefined judging criteria. The winning teams will be announced during the closing ceremony and awarded from the ₹1,00,000 Cash Prize Pool. Judging Criteria Projects will be evaluated on the following parameters: Innovation & Creativity Problem-Solving Approach Technical Implementation UI/UX & Design Scalability & Impact Presentation & Demonstration Themes Participants can build innovative solutions across a wide range of technology domains, including: Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning Web & Mobile Development Blockchain & Web3 Cybersecurity Cloud Computing Internet of Things (IoT) Open Innovation Sustainability & Social Impact EdTech & FinTech Healthcare & Smart Solutions Participants are also encouraged to explore interdisciplinary ideas and innovative solutions beyond the listed domains. Rules & Guidelines Team size must be 2–5 members. Individual participation is not allowed. Inter-college and inter-specialization teams are permitted. Participants must bring their own laptops and required accessories. Participants are responsible for bringing any additional hardware or components required for their projects. All projects must be developed during the designated hackathon period, wherever applicable. Any form of plagiarism, impersonation, or unfair practice will result in immediate disqualification. Teams must follow the instructions and timelines communicated by the organizing team. The organizing team reserves the right to modify the rules, schedule, or guidelines if required. Judges' decisions will be final and binding.
