"AVISHKAAR Virtual Track" is an intensive 24-hour national-level online hackathon that harnesses the power of innovation and technology to address real-time challenges faced by both rural and urban communities in India.This virtual event will be conducted entirely online via Zoom for team interactions and GitHub for submissions and project tracking.It brings together creative minds, tech enthusiasts, and problem solvers from across the country to collaborate remotely and develop cutting-edge tech solutions that create a positive impact on society.
Objective:
"AVISHKAAR Virtual Track" aims to provide a fast-paced virtual innovation environment where thinkers and technology enthusiasts come together to tackle real-world problems using technology. The goal is to develop practical, impactful, and scalable tech solutions for both rural and urban India — all within a 24-hour time frame.
This track creates a dynamic virtual space that encourages collaboration, creativity, and problem-solving under real-time constraints — inspiring participants to drive meaningful innovation.
Hackathon Format:
Duration: 24 hours of continuous development
Mode: Completely virtual (Online)
Platform: Zoom (for coordination & mentoring) and GitHub (for submissions)
Problem Statements: Revealed at the start of the hackathon
Themes: Digital Empowerment, Healthcare, Agriculture, Sustainability, Urban Solutions, and Student Innovation
Prizes:
Total Prize Pool: ₹50,000
1st Prize: ₹25,000
2nd Prize: ₹15,000
3rd Prize: ₹10,000
Registration & Team Guidelines:
Teams must register before the hackathon begins
Team size: 1–4 members
Members can be from different streams but must belong to the same college
All members should be available for the entire 24-hour event
