Overview: The Connected Educational Experience Core Objective To solve the communication disconnect between schools and homes by building a unified platform that enhances student learning, ensures physical safety, and supports mental well-being. Key Features & Requirements: Academic Analytics: Tools to visualize and track student growth and performance over time. Safety Systems: Secure gate-pass management and integrated transport tracking. Mental Wellness Support: Features like anonymous check-ins, AI-driven sentiment analysis, and real-time chat/notifications (requiring clean state management). The Target User Experience (Dual-Portal) For Parents: A rich, interactive mobile application designed to track milestones, view academic progress, and monitor safety (like real-time bus tracking with proximity alerts). For Teachers: A comprehensive web dashboard enabling them to monitor the holistic health and progress of their entire classroom at a glance. Innovation Opportunities ("Think Outside the Box") Integrating gamified learning paths to reward students for consistent homework submissions. Seamlessly embedding real-time bus tracking directly into the parent portal. Problem Statement: Background: Disconnected communication between parents, teachers, and students leads to blind spots in academic progress and hinders early intervention for student well-being. The Challenge Create technology solutions that improve students' learning experiences, safety, mental well-being, and foster seamless collaboration between parents and schools. Core Technical Requirements: Performance Analytics: Visualizing student growth over time. Student Safety Systems: Secure gate-pass management and transport tracking. Mental Wellness Support: Anonymous check-ins and AI-driven sentiment analysis. Ensure clean state management to handle real-time chat and notifications efficiently. The User Experience: A dual-facing portal: A rich, interactive mobile view for parents to track milestones, and a comprehensive web dashboard for teachers to monitor their entire classroom's holistic health. Think Outside the Box: Gamified Learning Paths: Rewarding consistent homework submissions. Real-Time Bus Tracking: Integrated directly into the parent portal with proximity alerts. Tech Stack Guidelines: Complete Freedom: There are no restrictions on the programming languages, frameworks, or databases you can use. Teams are entirely free to choose any tech stack they prefer to architect, build, and deploy their solution. Eligibility: Open to students across India. Individual and Team Participation (1–4 Members). Students from any branch or academic year are eligible. Beginners as well as experienced developers are welcome. Rules & Guidelines: Projects must be original and developed by the participating team. AI tools may be used as development assistants; however, participants must be able to explain their implementation during evaluation. Teams must own the submitted source code and project assets. The decision of the judging panel will be final and binding.
