AI Career Challenge Ready to showcase your engineering skills beyond your resume? The AI Career Challenge is an AI-native hiring challenge for developers with 1+ year of experience. We're looking for talented engineers for two roles: Frontend Engineer and Backend Engineer. On the day of the challenge, participants will receive a real-world AI product problem statement and will have 2.5 hours to build an MVP using AI tools and modern development workflows. Throughout the challenge, you'll interact with mentors, discuss your technical approach, and present your solution in a startup-style technical interview. We evaluate more than just the final product. Our focus is on: Problem-solving approach Engineering fundamentals Technical decision-making Product thinking Communication and technical reasoning Top-performing participants will be referred to our startup hiring partners based on their skills and role fit. If you're excited to solve challenging AI problems and demonstrate how you think, we'd love to see you there.
