The Open Hack is a hybrid hackathon created to empower developers across India to build consumer-facing applications on TON — real-world products that everyday users can interact with and enjoy. Over a period of one month, participants will progress from idea to prototype to TON integration through a structured program combining expert mentorship, technical workshops, and continuous builder support. The journey concludes with a live finale at our side event during India Blockchain Week 2025 in Bangalore, where the top ten teams will present their projects to industry partners, investors, and the TON ecosystem. Unlike traditional hackathons focused on infrastructure or tools, The Open Hack encourages developers to create user-first applications — marketplaces, games, social utilities, learning platforms, and more — designed to make blockchain technology accessible and useful in daily life. Developer Benefits and Support - $5,000 prize pool for top-performing teams - Personalized mentorship from TON DevRel and ecosystem experts - Fast-track listing on TON App Center - Showcase opportunities during India Blockchain Week 2025 - Exclusive swag kits for finalists and active participants - Collaboration opportunities with TON ecosystem partners and the C#Sharp Community - Co-working sessions with the TON India team for ongoing guidance - Comprehensive workshops on Tolk contracts, UX design, user acquisition, and pitching - Free domains to all the TOP 10 winners by endless domain. The Open Hack is not just a competition—it is a launchpad for India’s next generation of Web3 builders.
