Individual Participation and Team Formation:
Individual participation is allowed.
Team formation assistance will be provided upon arrival on campus.
Participants are encouraged to form diverse teams to enhance collaboration and project outcomes.
Accommodation:
Accommodation will be provided on a first-come, first-served basis.
Accommodation registration emails will be sent after the online assessment round.
Participants are encouraged to register early to secure accommodation.
Participant Requirements:
Participants are requested to bring their own extension boards/power strips for charging and powering their devices during the event.
Participants should carry their registration/confirmation details for verification during check-in.
Participants are responsible for the safety and security of their personal belongings and electronic devices.
Participants should comply with all campus rules, event guidelines, and instructions provided by the organisers.
Participants should arrive at the venue within the specified reporting/check-in time to complete registration and team formation formalities.

Problem Statement Submission:
Select one problem statement from the list provided.
Submit the selected problem statement along with a draft idea during the designated submission period.
Early submissions are encouraged to receive timely feedback and improve project ideas.
Presentation and Evaluation:
Each team will be allotted a specified presentation time (approximately 10 minutes).
Presentations may include live demonstrations, slide decks, prototypes, or any other suitable presentation format.
Projects will be evaluated based on innovation, technical complexity, feasibility, and expected positive impact.
The evaluation process will be fair and unbiased.
Feedback sessions will be conducted after evaluations to provide suggestions and insights.
