Eligibility:
Open to all students across various disciplines.
Each team must consist of a minimum of 1 member and a maximum of 4 members.
Team members can be from the same or different institutions, but cross-institutional teams must ensure clear communication.
Registration Fee:
MUJ Students (Indian): ₹699 per team (not per person)
Non-MUJ Students (Indian): ₹799 per team (not per person)
International Students: $50 per team
Important Payment Guidelines:
Ensure the correct registration fee is paid based on your team's eligibility.
International students paying the fee intended for Indian students will lead to team disqualification.
While making the payment, please provide:
Team Leader’s details (Name, Contact Information)
Correct Transaction ID
Failure to provide the correct transaction ID or attach the correct payment proof will result in team disqualification.
Project Requirements:
Projects must be original and demonstrate innovation, reflecting a deep understanding of the problem being addressed.
Participants should clearly outline the feasibility and practical applications of their solutions.
PPT Submission for Shortlisting Round:
Teams must submit their project in the form of a PPT of up to 9 slides, adhering to the template provided and including the prototype (if any).
Round 1 Theme: Participants may choose any one of the 10 themes mentioned in the official guidelines.
PPT submission deadline: 11th August, 2026.
For International participants: The shortlisting round will be online, and the final round can be either online or offline.
Shortlisting Process:
After PPT submission, each project will be thoroughly evaluated by an expert panel of judges based on originality, innovation, feasibility, and impact.
The results of the shortlisting round will be announced by 13th August, 2026.
Shortlisted teams will receive an invitation to participate in the offline round at Manipal University Jaipur.
International teams will have the option to join online or offline.
General Rules:
Teams must adhere to all deadlines and guidelines; any violation may result in disqualification.
Decisions made by the judges and organizers are final and binding.
Teams are encouraged to maintain ethical conduct and refrain from plagiarism. Originality will be strictly enforced.
Note: A common Rest Room will be provided to the participants, one for boys and one for girls (no additional charges). Meals will be provided to the teams.
