Women Who Master 2026 is a national-level all-women hackathon designed to bring together aspiring innovators, problem-solvers, and future technology leaders from across India. The hackathon provides participants with an opportunity to showcase their creativity, collaborate with peers, solve challenging problems, and compete for exciting rewards, mentorship opportunities, and national recognition. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced builder, this platform is open to women from all academic disciplines who are ready to innovate and make an impact. Eligibility: Women students across all disciplines and academic backgrounds, including 2026 graduates, are eligible to participate. Participants must register individually during the registration phase. Rules and Guidelines: Only candidates who complete the registration form will be eligible to attempt the assessment on 25th July 2026. Post the MCQ round, shortlisted candidates will be grouped into teams of 5 members for the subsequent rounds. Team formation will be done college-wise based on participants’ accuracy and speed in the MCQ Assessment. In cases where there are insufficient participants from a particular college, teams will be formed zone-wise. Participants will not be allowed to create or modify teams. All decisions pertaining to eligibility, shortlisting, team formation, and progression in the competition will be made by Aspire For Her and Unstop, and their decision shall be final and binding. The MCQ assessment will be available on the scheduled date and time. Participants are encouraged to attempt the assessment within this window, as access to the platform is subject to system conditions and may not remain uniformly available for all users throughout the duration. Competition Structure: Round 1: Registration: This is the first step in your Aspire For Her journey! Complete your registration by 21st July 2026 to secure your participation. Only candidates with completed registrations will be eligible to take the assessment on 25th July 2026. Round 2: Online MCQ Assessment: Participants will be required to attempt 30 MCQs in 30 minutes. The assessment will cover Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML). You don't need prior experience in AI/ML to participate; curiosity, creativity, and a growth mindset are all you need. Round 3: Zonal Rounds: Based on performance in the MCQ assessment, shortlisted participants will qualify for the zonal rounds. Hackathon problem statements will be shared 48 hours in advance. Teams can use this time to collaborate, research, and develop their initial solutions. On the day of the event, they will have the opportunity to reassess their approach, consult with mentors, and refine their submissions based on the feedback and guidance from the mentors. Participants will become part of the Women Who Master community, with access to ongoing learning resources including hackathon prep materials, hackathon mini challenges, mentorship, career opportunities, and community support beyond the hackathon: https://aspireforher.com/community/women-who-master/. Zonal Round Format: Participants will be grouped into teams of 5 members. Teams will compete across different zones - North (Delhi), South (Bengaluru), East (Kolkata), and West (Mumbai). Each team will receive the problem statement at least 48 hours prior to their respective zonal round. Teams will have to curate their solution and present it before the Aspire for Her Jury during the in-person Zonal Rounds. Note: For the Zonal Round, participants will be assigned to the zone closest to their location and will be responsible for arranging their own travel. Round 4: Grand Finale: The top-performing teams from the Zonal Rounds will advance to the Grand Finale at the Logitech Headquarters in Chennai, where they will work on a new problem statement, receive mentorship from industry experts, and present their solutions before a distinguished jury. The Grand Finale will be held at the Logitech office in Chennai. A new problem statement will be shared with qualifying teams 48 hours before the event. Teams will have the opportunity to refine their solutions with guidance and mentorship from industry experts. Final presentations will be evaluated by a prestigious jury comprising leaders from Logitech and Aspire For Her (AFH). A fixed allowance will be provided to all Grand Finale participants attending the finale. Rewards and Prizes: The Winning team will receive a prize worth INR 1,00,000/-*. The First Runners-Up team will receive a prize worth INR 75,000/-*. The Second Runners-Up team will receive a prize worth INR 50,000/-*.
