Step into the world of innovation, creativity, and non-stop coding at the Rewind and Recode Hackathon, a premier National Level Hackathon hosted by the esteemed International Institute of Information Technology (IIIT), Bhubaneswar. This one-of-a-kind event brings together the best and brightest problem solvers, coders, and innovators from across India to tackle real-world challenges with disruptive technology and bold ideas. Scheduled from 7th to 9th November 2025, Rewind and Recode isn’t just another hackathon — it’s a launchpad for student innovation, a battlefield of logic and creativity, and a celebration of India’s next-generation tech talent. With 24 hours of non-stop ideation, coding, collaboration, and execution, participants will compete head-to-head to build impactful, scalable, and solution-oriented tech projects. Whether you're from a premier institute like IIT, NIT, IIIT or a passionate developer from any engineering college across India, if you're driven to create meaningful solutions, this is your stage. This hackathon invites teams from every corner of the country, ensuring a diverse pool of minds working across multiple themes — including healthcare, sustainability, agriculture, finance, education, cybersecurity, and more. The problem statements will be released on 7th November at 8:00 AM IST, marking the beginning of the hackathon. Teams will then engage in a high-intensity sprint — analyzing, brainstorming, coding, and pitching — all within a tightly packed 24-hour window. The atmosphere will be buzzing with energy at the on-site venue of IIIT Bhubaneswar, as students code side-by-side with peers, under the mentorship of experienced tech experts and industry leaders. But it’s not just about writing code. Rewind and Recode emphasizes end-to-end problem solving — identifying core pain points, proposing real-world solutions, justifying tech stacks, building intuitive UIs, and pitching like professionals. It’s a full-cycle product development experience compressed into 24 hours — intense, insightful, and insanely rewarding. Registrations open in August 2025, and interested teams are advised to register early through the official portal. Once registered, teams will be eligible for further updates, problem statements, and participation in internal shortlisting (if applicable via respective institutions). Ensure your team is formed, registered, and ready before the hackathon begins! What’s in it for you? Besides exciting prizes, certificates, and recognition, you get a chance to: Network with students and tech leaders from across India Receive mentorship from professionals Test your skills in a real-world, time-constrained setup Strengthen your portfolio and technical credibility This is not just a hackathon — it’s your chance to shine on the national stage. So, gather your team. Register this August 2025.And from 7th to 9th November, come to IIIT Bhubaneswar to Rewind what you know… and Recode what the world needs. Let’s innovate. Let’s hustle.
