Presented by We Code Coders, WCC Forge 48 is a national-level online hackathon where students, developers, designers and young builders from across India will have 48 hours to transform a meaningful idea into a functional product. Participants must identify a genuine real-world problem, understand the people affected by it and build a working solution with a clear central workflow. The focus is on developing an actual prototype, not merely presenting an idea or pitch deck. Projects may be submitted under one of four tracks: Agentic AI: Build autonomous AI agents, intelligent assistants or multi-agent systems capable of reasoning, planning, using tools and completing meaningful multi-step tasks. Digital Twins & Predictive Intelligence: Create digital representations of real-world systems that use data to monitor conditions, run simulations and predict future outcomes. Solutions may focus on smart campuses, healthcare, logistics, energy, transportation or disaster management. Next-Generation Human–Computer Interaction: Reimagine how people interact with technology using voice, computer vision, gestures, augmented reality, virtual reality, multimodal AI or accessibility-focused interfaces. Open Innovation: Develop an original technology-based solution addressing an important real-world problem in any industry, community or area of everyday life. Teams must submit: A functional prototype or working product Source-code repository Product demonstration video Problem and solution description Technology stack and tools used Short pitch deck Details of each team member’s contribution Future development plan Rewards and Opportunities The top three winning teams will share a ₹25,000 cash prize pool and receive PPO opportunities, subject to the recruiting partner’s eligibility requirements and selection process. However, rewards are not limited to the main leaderboard. More than 100 participants will receive recognition and benefits across the main hackathon, sponsor challenges, track awards, giveaways and mini-challenges conducted throughout the event. Mini-Challenges Mini-challenges will provide participants with multiple opportunities to win, even if they do not finish among the top three overall teams. These challenges may reward: Creative problem-solving Technical implementation Effective use of AI agents Automation workflows Product design and user experience Product storytelling and presentation Community contribution Effective use of sponsor tools Best project within an individual track Certificates A verifiable digital participation certificate will be provided to every eligible participant who completes the hackathon and makes a valid final submission. Separate certificates and recognition will be provided to shortlisted teams, finalists, track winners and overall winners. Registering without completing the required submission will not automatically qualify a participant for a certificate. WCC Forge 48 is designed to help participants leave with more than a certificate.
