WATT THE HACK : Energy & AI Hackathon

The WATT THE HACK is a one-day energy hackathon held as part of Munich Climate Week. Hundreds of students, researchers, and industry experts form interdisciplinary teams to tackle real challenges in renewable energy generation, storage systems, and grid flexibility. A dedicated track focuses on how AI can optimize forecasting, storage management, and smart grid operations. Teams will develop concrete solutions with the guidance of mentors and pitch their ideas to a panel of judges by the end of the day.
