VORTEXA 3.0 is a 12-hour offline hackathon bringing together students, developers, innovators, and problem-solvers to build technology-driven solutions to real-world challenges.
Hosted at Dr. D. Y. Patil Institute of Technology, Pimpri, Pune, VORTEXA is designed for teams who want to turn ideas into working prototypes within a high-energy 12-hour build challenge.

10 October 2026 - Hackathon Day:
The first day will be dedicated to the 12-hour hackathon.

VORTEXA is open to students and technology enthusiasts interested in building innovative solutions.
Participants from different colleges, branches, and technical backgrounds are welcome.
You can participate as a team of 2-4 members.

Hackathon Flow:
Registration:
Register Your Team Through the Official Registration Process.
Check-In:
Registered Teams Will Complete Verification at The Venue.
Problem Statement:
Teams Will Receive/access the Available Problem Statements and Select Their Challenge.
Build:
Teams Get 12 Hours to Design, Develop, Test, and Refine Their Solution.
Submission:
Teams Submit Their Project and Required Documentation Before the Announced Deadline.
Evaluation:
Projects Will Be Evaluated by The Judging Panel Based on The Announced Evaluation Criteria.
Presentation:
Teams Will Present and Demonstrate Their Solutions Before the Judging Panel.
Results:
Winning Teams Will Be Announced After the Final Evaluation on 11 October 2026.

Each Participant Can Be Part of Only One Team.
Team Size Must Remain Within the Announced Limit.
Participants Must Complete Venue Verification/check-In.
Participants Should Be Available on Both 10 and 11 October 2026.
Teams Must Submit Their Project Before the Announced Submission Deadline.
Plagiarism or Submission of Substantially Copied Work May Lead to Disqualification.
Participants Must Follow the Event Code of Conduct and Instructions Provided by The Organizing Team.
The Organizing Committee Reserves the Right to Modify the Schedule or Event Instructions when Necessary.
Final Decisions of The Judging Panel Will Be Treated as Final.
