VIT Code_Apex 3.0 Organised by AISF – Vishwakarma Institute of Technology (VIT), Pune VIT Code_Apex 3.0 is the third edition of our national-level flagship hackathon, bringing together passionate developers, designers, innovators, and problem-solvers from across India to build impactful solutions to real-world challenges. The hackathon provides participants with an opportunity to showcase their technical skills, creativity, and problem-solving abilities while competing at a national level and interacting with a community of like-minded innovators. About the Opportunity VIT Code_Apex 3.0 provides participants with an opportunity to: Solve real-world and industry-relevant challenges Build innovative and scalable solutions Compete with talented students from across India Showcase technical, creative, and problem-solving skills Gain exposure to industry-oriented problem solving Receive exciting rewards, goodies, and recognition Participants can explore technologies and domains including: Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning Web & Backend Development Blockchain & Web3 Cloud Computing Data Science & Analytics Cybersecurity IoT Emerging Technologies Tracks VIT Code_Apex 3.0 features three exciting tracks, offering participants different avenues to showcase their innovation and technical expertise. Track 1 Coming Soon Detailed information and the problem statement for Track 1 will be released shortly. Track 2 Coming Soon The details and problem statement for Track 2 will be announced soon. Track 3 – Open Innovation Open Now Track 3 is the Open Innovation Track, currently open for registrations. Participants are free to identify a meaningful problem and develop an innovative, technology-driven solution of their choice. Solutions will be evaluated based on factors such as innovation, technical implementation, feasibility, scalability, and potential real-world impact. Participants are encouraged to think beyond conventional solutions and build ideas that create meaningful value. Competition Structure VIT Code_Apex 3.0 will be conducted through multiple stages: Round 1: Online Screening 10th – 11th October 2026 Teams will submit their proposed solutions as per the submission guidelines. The submissions will be evaluated based on problem understanding, innovation, technical approach, feasibility, and potential impact. Round 1 Results 12th October 2026 Shortlisted teams will be announced and will proceed to the next stage. Round 2: Online Evaluation 15th – 18th October 2026 Shortlisted teams will present their solutions before the evaluation panel and explain their approach, implementation strategy, feasibility, and expected impact. Round 2 Results 19th October 2026 The final shortlisted teams will be announced for the offline grand finale. Grand Finale 24th October 2026 | VIT Pune The final round will be conducted offline at Vishwakarma Institute of Technology, Pune, where shortlisted teams will demonstrate and present their final solutions before the jury. Rewards & Prizes Overall Prize Pool: ₹1,00,000 1st Prize – ₹50,000 2nd Prize – ₹30,000 3rd Prize – ₹20,000 In addition to the overall prizes, track-wise winners will also be recognised.
