Triwizathon 2026 Rules & Guidelines Eligibility & Team Formation The competition is open to college students across India. Participation is strictly in teams of exactly 4 members. Teams of 1, 2, or 3 members will not be accepted. Team members may belong to different colleges and branches. Each participant can be part of only one team. The team details provided during registration must be accurate. Team members cannot be changed after Round 1 submissions close. Every team must nominate one Team Leader, who will serve as the primary point of contact for all official communication. Round 1 — Online Submission Objective Convince us that your team belongs in TRIWIZATHON 2026 and deserves a spot in Round 2. Your Best Project or AchievementShow us something your team is proud of. Why TRIWIZATHON?Tell us why your team is suited for a competition that combines tech, non-tech challenges, creativity and adaptability. Show Your PersonalityAnything that demonstrates your team's creativity, chemistry and personality is welcome. Submission Rules The video must be 4 minutes or less. Videos exceeding the limit may be disqualified or evaluated only up to the 4-minute mark. All 4 team members must be represented or introduced in the submission. Video links hosted on Google Drive / YouTube must be set to "Anyone with the link can view." Inaccessible links will not be evaluated. All submissions must be original work. Plagiarism or copied content will result in disqualification. Existing projects may be showcased, provided they are the team's own work. Only one submission per team is allowed. If multiple submissions are made, only the latest submission will be evaluated. Late submissions will not be accepted.  Round 1 — Evaluation Criteria Criteria What We Look For Creativity & Originality How unique, creative and memorable is your pitch? Project / Achievement Quality The strength and quality of what you showcase Team Presence Energy, chemistry and clarity of roles within the team Communication How clearly, confidently and engagingly you present your team Selection for Round 2 The Top 100 teams will be shortlisted based on their Round 1 evaluation. Shortlisted teams will be announced on 13 October 2026 through Unstop and registered email addresses. The decision of the judges and organizers will be final and binding. Selected teams must confirm their participation by 15 October 2026 to secure their spot. Unconfirmed spots may be offered to teams on the waitlist. Round 2 — On-Campus Event Venue: Sanjay Ghodawat University, Kolhapur Dates: 24 & 25 October 2026 Round 2 is where the real chaos begins. The event will include a combination of: Technical Challenges Non-Tech Challenges ️ Elimination Rounds Surprise Challenges Unexpected Plot Twists Important Rules All 4 team members must be present at the on-campus event. Teams with fewer than 4 members present may not be allowed to participate. Challenge details, timings and specific rules will be revealed by the organizers on the event day. The organizers reserve the right to modify the format, introduce additional challenges or change the schedule when necessary to ensure a fair and engaging competition. Teams must follow all instructions provided by organizers, volunteers and judges. ️ Elimination Rounds Once a team is eliminated, it cannot continue in the competition. So choose your moves wisely. Code of Conduct All participants are expected to maintain professionalism and respect throughout the event. Respect fellow participants, organizers, volunteers, judges and university staff. Cheating, unfair means, misconduct or misuse of resources will result in immediate disqualification. Participants must follow all university campus rules, including security procedures and ID checks. Any damage to university property will be the responsibility of the concerned team. Harassment, discrimination or abusive behavior of any kind will not be tolerated. Participants must carry a valid college ID card and government-issued ID on both event days. Logistics Accommodation Accommodation Will Be Provided to Teams that Remain in The Competition After the Relevant Elimination Round. Food Food Will Be Provided to Teams that Remain in The Competition After the Relevant Elimination Round. Travel Participants Are Responsible for Arranging Their Own Travel to And from The Venue. Bring with You Laptop Charger / Power Adapter Valid College Id Government-Issued Id Any Other Personal Essentials Required for The Event Certificates & Prizes Prize Pool ₹80,000 Certificates Participation Certificates Will Be Provided to Round 2 Participants. Additional Certificates Will Be Provided to Winners and Finalists as Applicable. General Terms By Registering for Triwizathon 2026, Participants Agree to Abide by All Rules and Guidelines Mentioned Above. The Organizers Reserve the Right to Modify Rules, Dates, Formats, Schedules or Other Event Terms when Necessary. Any Updates Will Be Communicated Through Unstop and Registered Email Addresses. Photographs and Videos Captured During the Event May Be Used by The Organizers and University for Event Documentation, Publicity and Promotional Purposes. Participants Are Expected to Remain Updated with Official Announcements Throughout the Event.
