Round 2: The 12-Hour Offline Hack Sprint (Indore): Kickoff & Mentor Sync: Arrive at the venue, set up your workstation, and review your architecture with industry mentors. Build Sprint: 12 hours of uninterrupted coding, debugging, and product development. Live Demonstrations: Present your working project live to the jury and walk through your startup roadmap. Eligibility Criteria: Open to all engineering, design, and management students from any college or university across India. Working developers, early-stage founders, and independent builders are warmly welcome. Cross-college and cross-specialisation teams are fully allowed and encouraged. Team size must strictly be between 2 and 4 members. What Do You Need to Submit? Before the 12 hours run out, every team must submit three things: GitHub Repository: A public repository showing active commits made during the event. Live Product Demo: A working application running live. No video recordings or static Figma screens are allowed during judging. Startup Roadmap (1-Page Summary or Short Slide Deck): Target Customer: Who has this problem, and why will they use your solution? Business Model: How will this product sustain itself or generate revenue? Future Milestones: What are the next 3 to 6 steps you will take over the next 3 to 6 months to launch this? How Will You Be Judged? Working Prototype & Live Demo — 30%: Does the software actually function in real time? Is it responsive, usable, and stable? AI Integration & Tech Depth — 30%: How effectively is AI, including Google Gemini, integrated into the core product logic? Is the code clean and well-structured? Problem-Solution Fit & Startup Value — 20%: Does the project solve a real, painful problem that people or businesses would pay for? Future Startup Roadmap — 20%: Does the team have a realistic 3-to-6-month post-hackathon plan to scale this into an active venture?
