Space & Beyond – Innovation Ideathon 2026
About the Event
Space & Beyond – Innovation Ideathon 2026 is an idea-based innovation challenge where participants will identify real-world problems and propose creative, practical, and impactful solutions.
Participants can choose any one of the following themes:
Beyond Earth
Ideas related to space exploration, future habitats, satellites, space technology, life beyond Earth, and the future of humanity in space.
Smart World, Better Future
Ideas that use technology and innovation to solve real-world problems and improve everyday life.
Future without Limits
Open-ended innovative ideas that address future challenges and create new possibilities.
Participation Guidelines
Participants can participate individually or in teams of 2–4 members.
A participant can be a member of only one team.
The event is open to eligible college students.
Each team must submit one original idea.
Event Structure
Round 1 – Registration and Ppt Submission
Participants must register for the Ideathon.
Each team must submit one PPT presenting their proposed idea.
The PPT should contain a maximum of 8–10 slides.
The idea should clearly explain the problem, proposed solution, innovation, implementation, feasibility, impact, and future scope.
Based on the submitted ideas, selected teams will qualify for Round 2.
Last Date for Registration and Ppt Submission: 15 October 2026
Round 1 Results: 16 October 2026
Round 2 – Prototype and Final Presentation
Shortlisted teams will develop a prototype based on their Round 1 idea.
Participants can use Figma or any other suitable prototyping tool.
The prototype should demonstrate the key features, working concept, or user flow of the proposed solution.
A fully functional product is not mandatory. A well-designed prototype or mock-up is sufficient.
Teams must prepare a PPT to explain their solution and prototype.
Teams will present their prototype and PPT before the judging panel.
Judges may ask questions regarding the idea, prototype, implementation, feasibility, and future scope.

Ppt Guidelines
Maximum 8–10 slides.
Keep the presentation clear, concise, and visually appealing.
Use diagrams, flowcharts, images, and visuals wherever appropriate.
Avoid excessive text.
The content and idea should be original or properly credited.
The PPT should be submitted in PPTX or PDF format as specified by the organizers.

Teams should be able to explain how the prototype can be developed into a real-world solution.
