Event Description
Poster Exhibition at TechTrix'26 provides a platform for grassroots innovators to present innovative posters and paintings addressing real-world problems across software and hardware domains. Participants explain their ideas and technical concepts to a jury, demonstrating the relevance and practical application of their work.
Guidelines
Team Size & Eligibility
2 participants per team
Open to undergraduate/postgraduate students and eligible participants from colleges/institutions
Valid college/institutional ID is mandatory
Only registered participants may compete; one participant cannot be registered in two teams for the same event
Team composition cannot be changed after the registration deadline without written approval from the Event Coordinator
The registered team captain is the official point of contact
Poster Format
Recommended Size: A1, portrait orientation
Must clearly include: Title, Problem Statement, Methodology, Results, Applications, References
Figures, diagrams, and photographs may be used where they support the technical explanation
Presentation Format
Each participant/team must explain their poster to the jury
The jury may ask technical, application-based, and problem/solution-related questions — participants should be prepared to explain both the technical content and practical relevance of their work

Note: A visually attractive poster without meaningful technical content will not receive a high technical score. All copied material must be properly referenced.
Disqualification
A team may be disqualified for:
Receiving external assistance during the competition
Plagiarism or cheating (including uncredited copied material)
Misconduct with judges, volunteers, or organisers
Misrepresentation of participant identity
The Event Jury/Organizing Committee holds final authority on judging, penalties, disqualification, and interpretation of rules.
