About Open Source Sprint Open Source Sprint is India's largest open source hackathon — a 24-hour building experience hosted at Malla Reddy University, Hyderabad, Telangana, on October 14–15, 2026. Powered by ElevenLabs as the Title Sponsor, the event offers ElevenLabs prizes worth ₹4.5 Lakh+, along with exciting additional prizes and swags — all with zero entry fee. Format The event follows an Open Innovation format — there are no fixed tracks or themes. Teams are free to conceive, build, and ship any idea they're passionate about over a single, continuous 24-hour sprint, from ideation to a working prototype. Eligibility Open to college students, freshers, and professionals Team size: 2–4 members per team No restrictions on college/organization or gender — everyone can apply Process Register your team via the event page Attend the opening session and kick off building at the start of the sprint Build continuously through the 24-hour window, with mentors available for guidance Submit your project (uploaded to GitHub) before the deadline Present to evaluators across two judging rounds Winners announced and prizes distributed at the closing ceremony Rules All code must be written during the event window; pre-built projects are not eligible All projects will be open sourced on GitHub as part of participation Teams must have all members present for the full duration Judging decisions are final What's Provided Food and refreshments (evening snacks, dinner, breakfast) are provided throughout the event to keep teams fueled for the full 24 hours.
