NEXORA ’26 is a technology-driven project-building event designed to bring together creative minds, developers, innovators, and problem solvers to transform real-world challenges into practical technological solutions.
The event provides participants with an opportunity to identify a problem, develop an innovative solution, build a working prototype, and present it before a panel of judges.
Whether you are a solo developer or part of a small team, NEXORA ’26 gives you a platform to showcase your technical skills, creativity, problem-solving ability, innovation, and presentation skills.
Participants will receive a problem statement and will be given a limited time to conceptualize, develop, and submit their solution. The event will conclude with a short project presentation and Q&A session before the judges.

Who Can Participate?
The event is open to all types of students who are interested. The age of the participants must be above 17:
Registration is limited to 50 teams. Secure your spot before the slots fill up!
Participants can register:
Individually, or
As a team of 2–3 members
Maximum Event Capacity: 50 teams

Registration Fee:
Individual Entry: ₹100
Team Entry (2–3 Members): ₹200
There will be no cash refund policy available
Prize Pool:
The best 3 teams will be awarded with the cash prize.
How the Event Works
Registration: Participants register individually or as a team.
Inauguration & Briefing: The event begins with the inauguration ceremony, followed by the rules briefing and problem statement announcement.
Problem Statement: Teams receive the problem statement and understand the requirements before beginning development.
Project Building:
Participants work on their solution within the allotted development time.
Teams can use appropriate development tools, frameworks, libraries, and permitted online resources. There will be 3 hours provide for the project making
Submission:
Teams must submit their final project as link before the announced submission deadline.
Once the project is submitted, no changes will be allowed.
Evaluation: Submitted projects will be evaluated by the judges based on predefined evaluation criteria.
Presentation & Q&A
Each team will get:
2 Minutes — Project Presentation
1 Minute — Q&A Session
Total: 3 Minutes per Team
Results & Prize Distribution: The winners will be announced after the evaluation process, followed by prize distribution.

Each team must present their project within 2 minutes.
Participants are recommended to cover:
Problem identified
Proposed solution
Key features
Technology used
The presentation will be followed by a 1-minute Question & Answer session.
Teams exceeding the allotted time may be stopped by the coordinators.
Important Rules & Instructions
Team size must be 1–3 members.
The participants will be allowed to make the projects for 3 hours
There must bring their own internet connectivity.
Participants must follow the given problem statement.
The project must be developed within the allotted time.
Original work is required.
Plagiarism, copying, or unfair practices are strictly prohibited.
Teams may use appropriate development tools and permitted online resources.
Participants are responsible for their own laptops, chargers, and required development resources.
The final project/link must be submitted before the announced deadline.
No changes will be allowed after final submission.
Participants must verify their project and submitted link before final submission.
Each team gets 2 minutes for presentation + 1 minute for Q&A.
The total presentation and Q&A time is 3 minutes per team.
Participants must maintain discipline and professional behaviour throughout the event.
Teams must follow instructions given by the event coordinators and judges.
Any violation of the rules may result in disqualification.
The coordinators' decision will be final.
