NERSC Multi-GPU Bootcamp

Together with NVIDIA and OpenACC organization, The National Energy Research Scientific Computing Center (NERSC) will host a virtual bootcamp on October 19 - 20, 2026. Scaling applications to multiple GPUs across multiple nodes requires one to be adept at programming models and optimization techniques, and proficient at performing root-cause analysis using in-depth profiling to identify and minimize bottlenecks. The N-Ways to Multi-GPU Programming Bootcamp covers step-by-step ways to improve application performance using cues from profilers and provides an understanding of the underlying technologies and communication topology needed to leverage powerful NVIDIA® libraries to extract more performance from the system. This virtual bootcamp is a hands-on learning experience where you will be guided through step-by-step instructions with teaching assistants on hand to help throughout.
