NCHC Open Hackathon

Together with NVIDIA and OpenACC organization, the NCHC (National Center for High-performance Computing) will host an in-person Open Hackathon starting October 14 to Nov 04. The hackathon provides exciting opportunities for scientists to accelerate their AI or HPC research under the guidance of expert mentors from national laboratories, universities and industry leaders in a collaborative environment. Representing distinguished scholars and preeminent institutions around the world, the teams of mentors and attendees work together to achieve performance goals and speedups using a variety of programming models, libraries and tools. Unlike previous years, this edition leverages powerful AI agentic coding capabilities, integrating the NCHC RAP service platform's LLM API and NVIDIA Agent Toolkit to empower agentic coding workflows, thereby accelerating and optimizing scientific research to reach innovation goals more efficiently.
