Verticals 🔋 There are three verticals for TrojanHacks. You may choose to compete in only one:
🩺 Finance: How can technology improve financial management, access, or understanding of financial resources?
What inefficiencies in financial systems could be reduced through better tools or automation?
How can we make financial services more accessible, secure, transparent, or user-friendly?
Projects might explore areas such as personal finance, financial literacy, fraud detection, budgeting, investing, payments, fintech, or tools that improve access to financial services.
🎗️ Social Cause: What social challenges can we address through technology?
How can we promote sustainability, improve accessibility, or support underserved communities?
What tools can create measurable and meaningful impact within our communities?
Think about education, equity, environmental impact, financial inclusion, and community empowerment.
🎮 AI Data Governance: How can we build or use AI systems in ways that are responsible, transparent, secure, and trustworthy?
How can we better manage the data used to train, evaluate, or deploy AI systems?
What tools could help address challenges such as privacy, bias, misinformation, explainability, or responsible data use?
This vertical welcomes projects covering topics like AI safety, data privacy, model transparency, consent and data ownership, secure data management, responsible AI deployment, or tools for auditing and monitoring AI systems.
