Footprint Discipline / SCI (25) — credible before/after for the same task (energy kWh → CO₂e kg; optional water), method documented; SCI per unit if used. 3. Impact Potential (25) — clear users/setting; impact math with assumptions + low/med/high sensitivity. 4. Openness & Storytelling (15) — clarity, diagrams, honest limits/risks, next steps. 5. Data Fitness & Ethics (10) — data card (appropriateness, readiness, reliability/bias, sensitivity/licensing, sufficiency). Disqualifiers: unsafe/illegal use, hidden private code, missing attribution/licensing, or unverifiable claims.
