The event will be conducted at KIET Deemed to be University, Ghaziabad. Participants will present their ideas before a judging panel and demonstrate how their proposed solution can effectively address a real-world problem. All That You Need to Know About IDEAVERSE — 2026: Have an idea that can solve a real-world problem? IDEAVERSE provides students with a platform to transform their thoughts into impactful solutions. Participants will: Identify a real-world problem. Develop an innovative solution. Explain the working and implementation of the proposed solution. Present their idea before a panel of judges. Answer questions from the judges. The event focuses on: Innovation Problem-solving Feasibility Creativity Real-world impact Ideas may belong to domains such as: Technology Sustainability Education Healthcare Smart Systems Robotics Applied Research Any other relevant domain Who Can Register / Participate: Undergraduate students from any college are eligible to participate. Intercollegiate teams are eligible. Interdisciplinary teams are permitted. Each team may have 1–3 participants. One participant cannot be part of multiple teams. Event Structure: Ideathon Challenge: The event will be conducted in a single offline round at KIET Deemed to be University, Ghaziabad. Participants will be required to: Identify a real-world problem. Develop an innovative solution. Explain the working and implementation of the proposed solution. Present their idea before the judging panel. Answer questions from the judges. Participants may use the following to strengthen their presentation: Technology Research Business models Prototypes Diagrams Supporting material Pitching Guidelines: Each team will be given a limited amount of time to present their idea. The presentation should clearly cover: Problem Statement: Clearly define the real-world problem being addressed. Proposed Solution: Explain the proposed solution and how it addresses the identified problem. Innovation & Uniqueness: Highlight what makes the idea innovative and different from existing solutions. Working / Implementation: Explain how the proposed solution will work and how it can be implemented in the real world. Technology Used: Mention the technologies, tools, platforms, or research involved. Feasibility: Explain whether the solution is technically and practically feasible. Social / Environmental / Economic Impact: Describe the potential impact of the solution. Future Scope: Explain how the solution can be improved, expanded, or scaled in the future. Note: The exact presentation and questioning time will be communicated by the organising team. Evaluation Criteria: Teams may be evaluated based on: Innovation & Creativity: Originality and creative approach of the idea. Problem Identification: Relevance and clarity of the identified problem. Technical Feasibility: Practicality of implementing the proposed technology. Practical Implementation: Ability to implement the solution in real-world scenarios. Impact & Scalability: Potential social, environmental, or economic impact and scalability. Presentation & Communication: Clarity and effectiveness of the pitch. Overall Potential of the Idea: Overall usefulness and potential of the proposed solution. Participants must carry a valid college ID card. Each participant can be a member of only one team. Teams must follow the instructions and time limits provided by the organising team. Ideas presented should be original and should not knowingly violate intellectual-property rights. Any form of unfair practice or misrepresentation may lead to disqualification. Participants must maintain proper etiquette while interacting with organisers and judges. The organising team reserves the right to modify event rules if required. The decision of the judging panel and organising team regarding the final results will be considered final.
