HackSphere 2.0 – Ideal Techno Fair 2026: Code • Hack • Innovate HackSphere 2.0 is an offline hackathon organized as part of Ideal Techno Fair 2026, the IT Week organized by the Department of Computer Application (BCA) and Techno Club of Ideal Institute of Management and Technology, Karkardooma, Delhi. Date: 5 October 2026Time: 9:30 AM onwardsVenue: Ideal Institute of Management and Technology, Karkardooma, DelhiTeam Size: 1–3 participantsRegistration Fee: ₹149Mode: Offline The Challenge: HackSphere 2.0 gives participants the freedom to identify a real-world problem and develop a technological solution for it. There is no fixed problem statement. Participants must identify a problem themselves, understand it, and build a project/model that demonstrates how their proposed solution addresses that problem. Participants are expected to: Identify a meaningful real-world problem Develop an innovative technological solution Build their project before the event Give their project final touches and prepare at the venue Present their solution before the judges Clearly explain how their project works and how it solves the identified problem Project Development: Participants will primarily develop their projects before coming to the venue. The event venue can be used for final touches and preparation before the presentation. Participants should also prepare a PPT presentation for their project and submit it through the method/location instructed by the event coordinators. AI Is Allowed: Participants are allowed to use AI tools while developing their projects. However, participants must have a proper understanding of the work they submit. Judges may ask questions about the project's concept, implementation, technology and functionality. Using AI is allowed. Not understanding your own project is not. Themes: Participants can develop their projects around the following suggested themes: Cyber Resilience Autonomous Agents / Multimodal Intelligence Decentralized Web / Full-Stack Digital Infrastructure Project Presentation: Each team will present its project to the judges and explain: The problem they identified Their proposed solution How the project works The technology/program used How their solution addresses the problem Participants should be prepared to answer questions from the judges regarding their project and implementation. Prizes & Certificates: All participants will receive a participation certificate. Winners will receive: Cash prizes Exciting gifts Recognition The cash prize amount will be announced at the venue. Who Can Participate?: Students from BCA, B.Tech and other relevant college programmes are eligible to participate. There is no specified age restriction. The event is open to participants from colleges across Delhi and other locations. Since HackSphere 2.0 is an offline event, participants should make their own arrangements to reach the IIMT campus.
