Hackopoly

As part of Parinaam 2026 at Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham, HACKOPOLY is a 24-hour competitive hackathon that brings together student innovators, developers, and technology enthusiasts to build impactful solutions to real-world challenges. Participants can compete across four domains: AI/ML, Quantum Computing, IoT & Smart Infrastructure, and Web3 & Decentralized Technologies. Each domain offers an Open Innovation option, allowing teams to identify a problem of their choice and develop an innovative technology-driven solution. IoT & Smart Infrastructure is exclusively an Open Innovation domain. The hackathon features a 24-hour build sprint, multiple technical reviews, a live leaderboard, and a Team-to-Team Night Challenge, creating a competitive environment that evaluates both innovation and technical implementation. For teams developing hardware-based prototypes, participants are required to carry their own components and hardware required for prototype development. With a total prize pool of ₹1,00,000, HACKOPOLY provides an opportunity to showcase technical expertise, creativity, problem-solving, and innovation. Entry Fee: Selected teams will be required to pay an entry fee of ₹2,000 per team. This fee includes access to the Auto Expo and DJ Night, which will be held on campus during the same dates as the hackathon.
