Hack Matrix 5.0 is designed for students who don't just want to code — they want to create solutions that matter. The hackathon challenges participants to think beyond conventional development and build innovative, scalable solutions with meaningful AI & ML integration. From ideation and UI/UX to development, GitHub collaboration, and deployment-ready prototypes, you'll be evaluated on how effectively you transform a problem statement into a practical solution. Compete for a total prize pool of ₹1,00,000! Internship Opportunities The finalist teams will also get an opportunity to pursue internships with our event sponsors after the hackathon. Your Hack Matrix project could be more than just a competition submission — it could become a stepping stone toward your next career opportunity. Who Can Participate? Hack Matrix 5.0 welcomes students from across India! Team Requirements: Participation Fee: ₹200 per team 3–4 members per team Inter-college teams are allowed Every participant must carry a valid Student ID Card. A participant cannot be a member of more than one team. Team composition cannot be changed after registration. All members of a shortlisted team must be present for the offline final round. GitHub collaboration is an important part of Hack Matrix 5.0. Teams must maintain a GitHub repository, with the team leader creating the repository and adding other members as collaborators. The repository should initially remain private until instructed otherwise. The organizers also expect meaningful contributions from all team members. Your GitHub activity isn't just about having a repository — your development process matters.
