Everyone can make an impact here — no matter your role, background, or technical experience, this hackathon thrives on diverse competencies. We need your ideas, your domain expertise, and your perspective. You'll get to push boundaries, test new approaches, and discover new ways of working. It's about experimenting, learning, and having fun while doing it. The Challenge: Unlocking Data-Driven Decisions. Employees at all levels and across all business units and functions make decisions that have a direct impact on H&M's success. In this hackathon, we will explore how H&M could make trustworthy, fast-access data a reality across the business. These capabilities could be used to power decision-support apps that help people at every level make better, faster calls. Showcase Your Solution. The strongest teams will get the opportunity to present their solutions at the Grand Finale in front of key decision makers at H&M, all eager to see what you've built and what potential your idea could have beyond the hackathon. Teams of 4–6 will be assembled by the organizers, with skills, experiences, and domain expertise in mind to create the best possible mix. We promise you an unforgettable experience!
