About this hackathon

Overview Your customer list lives in one spreadsheet. Sales pipeline lives in another. Delivery and project tracking lives in a third. None of them agree with each other, so nobody's looking at the same numbers — and decisions get made on gut feeling, or a board meeting starts with an argument over whose numbers are right. This hackathon fixes that. Bring the spreadsheets you're actually using and want to consolidate. Bring your ideas too, even the ones that don't exist as a spreadsheet yet. By 12:30 you'll have a working app, built in Softr, that gives you one version of the truth. Come ready to share and build. Who it's for This is for VCSE and SME leaders who feel the chaos firsthand: project or programme managers juggling separate spreadsheets to track activities, events and outcomes; founders and operations leads who need one shared system instead of five disconnected files; and anyone whose honest answer to "where's that data?" is "let me check a few different documents." If that's you, this is your hackathon. Agenda 10:00 Welcome and introductions 10:15 Group ideation: what do you want to build 10:30 Introduction to AI solutions: building in Softr 10:45 Live demonstration 11:00 Hackathon starts 12:15 Presentations and prizes 12:30 Wrap-up, lunch provided Meet Your Host Gavin Dell is a Softr Ambassador and Founder of Lead With Impact. Gavin is an independent evaluation consultant and social value measurement specialist, with expertise in data storytelling built over 20+ years leading operational transformation programmes at KCI Medical, TNT and FedEx across Europe.
