Finding the Next Signal

Guidelines Eligibility: Open to participating teams. Team Composition: No restrictions on team size, inter-college teams, or inter-specialization teams. Format: Two rounds: an online Idea & Plan of Execution round followed by online finals. Challenge: Teams receive one company, industry, or financial question and must uncover a non-obvious, evidence-backed financial insight. Research Environment: Participants may use publicly available information. No proprietary or pre-labelled dataset is provided. Technology: Teams are free to choose their own models, agents, search/retrieval systems, and tools. Finals: Shortlisted teams will have an online round on 25 October.
