Anyone can talk about taste. Can you turn that taste into something real? The FlytBase Creatives Hiring Hackathon is your chance to prove it. We are hiring multidisciplinary creatives, and instead of starting with a traditional interview, we are starting with the work. You will receive a real creative challenge on the day of the event. You will have a few hours to understand the problem, find a strong direction, and turn a blank screen into a finished creative outcome. Just your ideas, your taste, your tools, and your ability to ship. Why Participate? Ship one of your strongest creative projects in a single dayBuild alongside a handpicked group of AI-native creativesGet direct feedback from the FlytBase creative team throughout the daySpeak directly with the team and leadership about roles, culture, and the workPresent your final output and the creative hacks you discoveredGet a real opportunity to secure a role at FlytBase For offline participants, breakfast, lunch, and dinner are on us. You just need to bring your laptop and show up. Your portfolio may get you shortlisted. What you build during the hackathon could get you hired. The Challenge The challenge will only be revealed on the day of the event. It may involve brand, campaigns, motion, video, 3D, websites, visual storytelling, creative technology, or AI-native content. You will be evaluated on the strength of your idea, visual taste, storytelling, execution, originality, and how effectively you use AI as part of your creative process. We are not looking for the person who uses the most tools. We are looking for someone who knows how to use the right tools to make the work better. How It Works Submit your portfolio while registering. Our team will review every submission and shortlist up to 50 participants for the offline hackathon at FlytBase HQ in Pune. The offline room will be curated based on portfolios and past work. Everyone else can still participate online with the same challenge, deadline, evaluation, and opportunity to get hired. Top performers may move directly into hiring conversations with the FlytBase team. Who Can Apply? Designers, motion artists, video creators, 3D artists, creative technologists, visual storytellers, and multidisciplinary creators are welcome.Students, fresh graduates, independent creators, and experienced professionals can participate. We are not looking for the most experienced creative in the room.We are looking for people who are serious about using AI to create better work. Your degree, job title, or years of experience will not decide whether you make the cut. Your work will.
