Build real tools for deal workflows, due diligence, and finance systems We are bringing together students and early-career talent to build practical tools at the intersection of finance and technology, in collaboration with WAD Capital. This is not a traditional hackathon focused on abstract ideas. Participants will work on real-world private equity and finance workflows, developing tools that could be used in actual deal environments. Example challenges include: LBO modelling tools with scenario analysisDue diligence and investment memo generatorsCRM-based deal tracking workflowsAutomation tools for NDAs, LOIs, and internal processes Participants will be able to choose between challenges of varying difficulty and build independently or in teams, using modern development tools and AI-assisted workflows. The goal is to move beyond theory and create functional, industry-relevant solutions. Selected projects may have the opportunity to be further developed and integrated into real workflows. Format:In-person (Brussels) + virtual participation Who should apply: Students and early-career talent in finance, tech, or related fieldsIndividuals interested in building, not just learningThose curious about applying technical skills in real financial contexts
