Overview (Read very carefully): The AI Growth Operator Challenge is a real-world outbound sales and AI automation competition designed for students and early professionals who want to learn how modern companies generate revenue using AI-powered systems. Unlike traditional hackathons focused on concepts and presentations, this challenge focuses entirely on execution, commercial thinking, and real market outcomes. Participants will: Learn modern AI-powered outreach systems Use Linkenite’s automation tools Reach out to real companies Book meetings and close real deals Earn real revenue during the challenge This is not a simulation. Participants work on actual business outreach using real automation systems. Prize Pool: To make the challenge highly competitive and execution-focused, the following rewards will be provided: First participant to close a verified yearly deal-₹15,000 Prize Money Second participant to close a verified yearly deal-₹10,000 Prize Money Third participant to close a verified yearly deal-₹5,000 Prize Money In addition to the prize money: Participants keep: 100% of the revenue from their first sale 50% revenue share from sales 2–10 Challenge Objective: Participants must: Learn the tools Understand outreach systems Run real outbound campaigns Attempt to close at least one real company The challenge is designed to identify individuals with: commercial curiosity execution ability communication skills growth mindset Challenge Stages: Stage 1 – Registration & Selection Selected participants receive: tool access outreach playbooks sales material pricing sheets onboarding instructions Stage 2 – Live Onboarding Session Participants attend a live onboarding session with the Linkenite leadership team covering: AI-powered outreach systems outbound workflows how to pitch the tools how to identify prospects campaign setup guidance Stage 3 – Outreach Sprint Participants are required to: run outreach campaigns contact real businesses pitch InboxIn and related automation tools generate meetings and sales opportunities Participants may use: LinkedIn outreach cold email outreach referrals existing networks Stage 4 – Performance Qualification To remain in the challenge, participants must submit weekly activity proof including: outreach screenshots campaign activity replies or meetings booked This ensures the challenge remains execution-focused. Stage 5 – Deal Verification To qualify for rewards: the deal must be a verified yearly subscription the buyer must be a real company payment proof must be submitted All deals are verified internally by Linkenite.
