PIXEL.GEMINI 3.0 – Rules & Guidelines Eligibility: Open to all undergraduate and postgraduate students. Solo participation only (teams are not permitted). Participants from any college, university, or specialization are welcome. All participants must register through the official event page before the registration deadline. Communication: Joining the official Discord server is mandatory for all participants. Discord is the official communication platform for PIXEL.GEMINI 3.0. Discord Server: https://discord.gg/zJ3HBHntyk All announcements, schedule updates, mentor support, workshop information, judging instructions, and important notices will be shared exclusively on Discord. Participants are responsible for checking Discord regularly throughout the event. Event Format: PIXEL.GEMINI 3.0 is a 24-hour MLH Hack Days hackathon. Participants will build an original project during the event. Any programming language, framework, or technology stack may be used. Mentors will be available throughout the hackathon to provide technical guidance. Problem Statement: This is an Open Innovation hackathon. Participants may build projects in any domain, including: Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning Web & Mobile Development Cloud Computing Cybersecurity Data Science IoT Healthcare Education Sustainability FinTech Gaming Productivity Social Impact Submission Process: Projects must be submitted on the official Devpost page before the submission deadline and should include: Project title and description GitHub repository Demo video (recommended) Screenshots or presentation (optional) Judging Criteria: Innovation & Creativity Technical Implementation Functionality Design & User Experience Real-world Impact Project Presentation Rules & Regulations: All projects must be developed during the hackathon. Participants may use open-source libraries, frameworks, and publicly available APIs. Any pre-existing code must be clearly disclosed. Plagiarism or copying another project will result in immediate disqualification. Participants must follow the MLH Code of Conduct and maintain respectful behavior at all times. All submissions must be made before the deadline through the official Devpost page. Late submissions will not be accepted. The judges' decisions are final. The organizers reserve the right to modify the schedule or rules if necessary. Important Notes: A laptop and stable internet connection are required. Participants are responsible for backing up their work. By participating, you agree that event photos and recordings may be used for promotional purposes by the organizers and MLH.
