Cursor Hackathon at Bliq is the July edition of the Cursor Berlin community hackathon series. The evening brings together founders, engineers, product leaders, design leaders, AI builders, and senior technical operators from Berlin’s tech ecosystem for a focused night of building, shipping, demoing, and connecting. This is not a passive meetup. It is a structured build night for people actively using Cursor and AI-native workflows to ship products faster. Following the energy of the previous Cursor Hackathon meets Builders Night Berlin at Antler, this edition will keep the same hands-on format: short opening remarks, a focused build session, demos, prizes, and networking. Cursor team participation, speaker, credits, prizes, and merch are currently being confirmed. Schedule 18:00Doors open, pizza, drinks, networking 18:30Welcome from Cursor, Bliq, and the hackathon jury 18:45Short talk — speaker TBD 19:00Hackathon kickoff 21:00Demos — 2–3 minutes per team 21:30Winners, prizes, and closing 22:00Close Hackathon format Participants will register with their discipline, such as engineering, design, product, or other. Suggested teams may be created to help form balanced Product + Design + Engineering groups. The hackathon challenge or theme will be announced at kickoff, so everyone works in the same problem space. Teams of at least three people will be eligible for prizes. Winners will be selected by the jury based on a simple scorecard. Possible themes include AI-native workflows for product and engineering teams, internal tools with Cursor, design-to-code workflows, building a useful product feature in 120 minutes, or a mobility / urban tech theme aligned with Bliq’s domain. Audience The room will be curated for around 60–70 guests, including founders, engineers, engineering leaders, product leaders, design leaders, AI builders, operators, Bliq team members, Cursor community members, and the DesignJobs.World network.
