Competition Description:
DATATHON 2026 is a data science and AI/ML-focused competition presented by the School of Data Science, Symbiosis University of Applied Sciences, Indore, with Boston Institute of Analytics (BIA), Indore – Race Course Road as the Exclusive Knowledge Partner.
The event challenges participants to use Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, and Machine Learning to solve real-world problems across multiple domains, including Healthcare, Smart Cities, Agriculture, Finance, E-Commerce, Education, Social Media, and Environment.

Eligibility & Team Rules:
Open to students studying in 12th standard, Undergraduate, or Postgraduate programs.
Participants may compete solo or in teams of 3–5 members.
Inter-college teams are allowed.
Participants should follow the official instructions provided by the organizers during the event.
Duration:
The overall event is scheduled from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM on 29 September 2026.
Rules:
Participants must meet the specified eligibility criteria.
Participation is allowed either individually or in teams of 3–5 members.
Participants are expected to solve the assigned real-world problem using appropriate Data Science, AI, and/or ML approaches.
Solutions should address the given problem statement and demonstrate practical application.
Participants must follow the instructions and submission requirements provided by the organizers.
Evaluation and final selection will be conducted according to the competition guidelines provided by the organizers.
Participants should maintain originality in their submitted solutions.
