Daggers 4000 Hackathon — Launch

4:00pm — Welcome - Tea, coffee and refreshments on arrival. 4:15pm — Introduction, John Grabowski, Dagenham & Redbridge FC - An introduction to the Daggers 4000 challenge, what we're trying to achieve, and why we're asking the community to get involved. 4:30pm — TIXR & Promoter Links, Alex Bexon, Head of Sports Partnerships, TIXR - An introduction to TIXR's promoter links, how they work, and how participants can use them to bring new fans to the match. 4:45pm — Promoter Link Workshop - Time to get hands-on. We'll set up promoter links, start sharing them and begin experimenting with different ways to reach new fans. 5:30pm — Share, Learn & Plan - We'll share the results from the workshop, discuss what's working, and start developing ideas and experiments for the next session. 6:00pm — Finish - The goal: Leave with your promoter link ready to go, your first ideas in motion, and a plan for what you're going to try next. ++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ About: We want 4,000 fans at Victoria Road on October 24th, when the Daggers host Chesham. We want to invite the entire community — and tickets are ONLY £1! At £1 to see the Daggers, together with KSI, we think it should sell itself. However, at the Daggers, we don't have a multi-person marketing team or brilliant agency pals to help us get the message out. So, we're seeking your help and enlisting a team of friends, fans, builders and hackers to help get this message out with us. What is it? It's an invitation to help sell tickets to the match — and teams that deliver the most new fans to the game can win a £1,000 cash prize, courtesy of our partners at Tixr. Why "hackathon"? Because we're looking for teams to try, push, break, bend, hustle and hack their way into solutions that reach new fans. What to bring? Laptop, Notebook + Pen, Phone. The workshop will involve you reaching out to others, either via, phone, WhatsApp, text, social media, or email. So, whatever tools you deem necessary. Cannot make the "Launch" session? Session 2, "Build", will be on Monday, October 5th!
