The Talent Hack: Build. Compete. Get Hired. Welcome to The Talent Hack, a hiring hackathon where your code does the talking. This isn't another recruitment process filled with endless interviews. You'll solve real-world AI engineering challenges where your ability to build, innovate, and deliver solutions matters most. The highest-performing participants will be invited to the DTDL Office on 24th – 25th July for an exclusive in-person build event, where you'll work on a new Deutsche Telekom Digital Labs problem statement and develop a Proof of Concept (POC) under real-world conditions. Same intensity. Higher stakes. The best performers will receive offers for AI Engineer roles at Deutsche Telekom Digital Labs (DTDL)
