About this hackathon

Agents are already using your product. They are just doing it by pretending to be a human. Spend two days at Cloudflare SF building and hacking a version of your product that is ready for agents. Not one agent. A fleet of them: agents that discover each other, hand work off, and finish a job together without a human relaying between them. In the room we will have industry leading agent native developers that will be assisting you with your projects. Limited to 50 builder seats reserved for August 26 and 27 at Cloudflare HQ in San Francisco. This is a one of a kind agentic hackathon, where we are selecting startups to participate and upgrade their tech. Once selected, we will be coordinating, co-building and submitting your projects through your terminal agents. You'll join the immersivecommons platform, currently ranked #1 on ora.ai and scoring a 100/100 on isitagentready.com. where our sponsoring entities will provide forward deployed agents to help you with your projects on this platform, including credits and other forms of help! Hosted by Immersive Commons, Runtype and Cotal.ai. What you are building Whether its a customer facing product or an internal company tooling, in this hackathon make your existing platforms agent ready! Ready for one agent is table stakes. The interesting work starts when several show up at once and have to coordinate. Things we care about most: Discovery: Is your platform and services discoverable by other agentsAccess: Does your platform allow agents to access your services securelyUsability: How easy is it for people with their agents to access your productPayments: Can agents make payments on your platform.Accessibility: How easy it is for humans on your platform access AI tooling without having/owning AI. Pick a track EXTERNAL - Customer facing: Build/deploy meaningful agent infrastructure to an existing product/platform using one or more of our partner companies. The customer's agent does not arrive alone. Assume it brings its own fleet and has to negotiate with yours. INTERNAL - Team facing: Build/deploy meaningful agent infrastructure for internal company use using one or more of our partner companies. This is where orchestration lives: your agents running your workflows across teams and systems that were never built to talk to each other. Who is in the room 50 builders from startups that have already shipped. We hope to see shippable demos by the end. Getting in Registering on this page tells us you are interested. It does not hold a seat. If candidate selected, we will message you to join the platform. Your agent can fill it out for you through our MCP server, which is the most on brand thing you could possibly do. Applications close soon. Badges print from legal names. Apply with the name on your ID, not your handle.Doors 9:00 AM, building clears 8:00 PM, both days. There is no overnight. Awards: six winners, three in each track. Runtype: $500 cash for the best use of Runtype.Tavily: 8,000 credits for every builder.Runtype: $50 in credits for every builder.Nebius: credits, amount to be confirmed.Hacker Bob: credits, amount to be confirmed. Address: Cloudflare SF, 101 Townsend Street. Who is behind this Cloudflare gives us the room at 101 Townsend, an employee on site for both days, printed badges and the venue NDA. They host us. They are not a sponsor and they are not paying for anything, which is worth saying plainly because most collateral in this space blurs the two. Organised by Immersive Commons (immersivecommons.com) is a members run AI builder floor at Frontier Tower SF, 300+ members deep, home of Vibe Coding Nights and the Web for Agents series. The platform itself is agent native end to end, so it is also the worked example you build against. Runtype (runtype.com) is a product platform for agentic software. Agents, flows, tools, product evals, model routing and integrations already wired together, so a prompt that works becomes a product without you rebuilding auth, multi tenancy and evals first. Cotal.ai (cotal.ai) is an open coordination standard for fleets of agents, Apache 2.0 and self hosted. Identity the server verifies instead of the agent asserting, default deny access lists, and one ordered replayable log of every message, so a handoff is auditable rather than hopeful. Sponsors Tenki (tenki.cloud) is cloud infrastructure for code and agents. Disposable Linux sandboxes that boot in under two seconds and bill by the second, drop in CI runners, and AI code review on every pull request. Their startup program is live at up to $50K in credits and grants. Nebius (nebius.com) is a GPU cloud engineered from silicon to API. Bare metal GPUs on InfiniBand, clusters in minutes, managed and serverless inference on top. For when the model you need will not run on a laptop. Tavily (tavily.com) is the web access layer for agents. Search, extract, crawl and map behind one API, returning clean chunked content, with PII and prompt injection filtering in front of it. 2M+ developers, ranked first on SealQA and SimpleQA. Mitosis Labs (mitosislabs.ai) is the source of truth your agents read from. Memory that survives the session, first on the public accuracy benchmark at 91.7%, every answer citing where it came from, in about half a second. Hacker Bob (hackerbob.ai) is an Apache 2.0 security testing runtime shipped as an MCP server, with 17 assigned CVE IDs across 9 open source projects. Point it at the surface you just opened to agents. Community partners Agent Community (agentcommunity.org) is the open community building the agentic web, 29,000+ members across 8,000+ organizations, with public work streams on identity, security, evaluations, trust and governance. Learning Layer Labs (learninglayer.ai) builds events and labs at the frontier of AI, education, arts, robotics. Branches in San Francisco and Mexico City, two more coming. They run the AI Floor at Frontier Tower and the labs that turn the room's ideas into shipped work. ClawCamp (clawcamp.org) is a nonprofit advancing mastery of personal AI agents, 16 chapters and 28 events so far, from San Francisco to Nairobi to Zanzibar. Dabl Club (dablclub.com) is a developer relations and go to market community of 83,000+ builders, with local chapters across 20+ countries. Web A (weba.network) is the movement this hackathon belongs to: version zero of the web, built for agents. We are at A.0 and building to A.1. HiRey (hirey.ai) is the IRL social network for people who connect people. Real meetings become claimable pages and a trusted people network that agents can read without a login wall, so who you met here does not evaporate on Friday. Every one of them is in the room or in the stack. Pick a track, pick the partners you build on, and use the people who wrote the thing.
